Ordering & Shipping
You will receive a confirmation of your order at the conclusion of your order process in addition, to an email confirmation with your order number and all applicable charges. After your order has been confirmed and authorized, it will be processed and prepared for shipping within seven business days. We do not ship out orders on weekends and holidays. Depending on the shipping method you selected when finalizing your order, please allow an additional one to seven business days for UPS transit. At the time your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your package.

Item Availability
At H.JLYNN.COM we do our very best to process your order in a timely fashion. However, we cannot always guarantee the availability of our products. If you have ordered a product that is currently not available or is delayed, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Methods
All shipping and handling charges are automatically calculated by our shopping cart and are based on the value, size and delivery location of your package. We offer five shipping methods through United Parcel Service (UPS). They include:

Standard Packaging
Each piece of jewelry is individually packaged in a beautiful H.JLYNN collection signature jewelry box and then shipped to you inside a larger, protected cardboard shipping box.
