Returns & Exchanges

H.JLYNN.COM wants you to be totally satisfied with your purchase, and gives its customers 14 days from receipt to return or exchange your item. If you are not totally happy with your purchase, and wish to return or exchange your unworn H.JLYNN.COM merchandise, you must first request a Return Authorization number (RA). No returns or exchanges will be accepted without an RA number on the invoice and on the return box.

Requesting an RA (Return Authorization)
You can request an RA by emailing customer service at service@hjlynn.com the following information:

  • Style Number
  • Date of Purchase
  • Reason for Return/ Exchange

All H.JLYNN.COM merchandise must be returned with the tags attached, and the original invoice within 14 days of receipt. H.JLYNN.COM will exchange it or credit your credit card used for the original purchase. When sending your items, we advise using an insured carrier such as Federal Express, USPS Priority insured or UPS. This will enable you to track your package more easily. Please note that H.JLYNN.COM cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in the mail.

If you wish to make a return or exchange to H.JLYNN.COM, please follow these four easy steps: 1. Make a copy of the original invoice. 2. Write the RA number on the invoice and on the front of the box and indicate on the invoice whether you wish to make an exchange or receive a credit on the credit card used for the original purchase. For exchanges, please indicate on the invoice what merchandise you would like in exchange. 3. Pack and seal you return securely and include the invoice. Packages must be returned pre-paid. H.JLYNN.COM will not accept COD deliveries. All credits will be placed on the card used for the original purchase. Policy Subject to Change Anytime Without Notice.
